It seems Jim Fraser's (1964) account of his exchange trip on Madrid on the Herioter Hub has unearthed a few memories in other Herioters! 

Two Former Pupils got in touch to share memories of the Heriot's exchange trips to Sens, France. During these trips, Heriot's pupils were paired with a counterpart from a school in Sens and stayed with their host families for the duration of the trip. Their exchange partners then came to Edinburgh to visit and shared many special memories along the way. 

Attached is a photo kindly shared by a Herioter on the Sens exchange in 1956-57. It shows some of the Heriot's teachers enjoying a break with some of the teachers from the French school. Can you identify any of the teachers in this photo?
