It is never too early to start organising for Christmas. 

These canny businesses knew exactly where to advertise their wares back in 1908, as they took full page spreads in The Herioter. Tell me, who didn't want a three-speed bike 'built like the Forth Bridge', or indeed an 'ironclad' watch. We see a theme here and imagine both bikes and watches are still as good as the day they were purchased!
