Today George Heriot's School and our wider community launch a campaign to celebrate the 400th anniversary of the publication of George Heriot’s Will.

The We Are All George Heriot campaign will see a host of fun activities taking place over coming months. The campaign features sponsored cycle rides, Edinburgh trails and tours of the school to running a 24-hour campus run, a ‘Grow a Goatee like George’ beard challenge, a visiting lecturer, two visiting authors and finally a big Gala Dinner in October.

I hope you will join me in getting involved with this significant anniversary, by sponsoring a challenge or indeed running your own event. All monies raised will help us fund new 6-year bursary places at George Heriot’s School.
